Santorini is a large 1.5m x 1.2m bespoke artwork created for a hallway niche. This painting took on a vision from a couples Greek holiday in the Aegean Sea. Having experienced the timeless charm of Santorini myself, I was able to channel the colours from my own memories.  Brilliant red, orange, turquoise, Phthalo blue, gold and white acrylic paints were poured and blown across the canvas in several layers. Cells, colourful rings and lacing formed to shape the rugged landscape.
