Straddie is an original, fluid artwork commissioned for a living room wall. It stretches across three large canvases and is inspired by North Stradbroke Island in Queensland, Australia. The flow of colours, cells and lacing comes from a flip cup pouring technique in blue, yellow, green, red and white acrylic paints. Stradbroke Island also known as 'Straddie' is an important cultural paradise and is the perfect place to exhale. It has a very special place in my heart with wonderful memories.
