"The Sacred City" is a commissioned artwork created across 2x (50.8cm x 76.2cm) double thick edge canvases. This colourful, abstract artwork shows the Sri Dalada Maligawa and Gangarama Seema Malakaya located in Sri Lanka. A combination of acrylic pouring techniques and fine brush strokes helped bring this artwork to life. It is deep with symbolism including Temples, Buddhist's flags and lotus's.
