The 'Young Artist Holiday Workshop' is the perfect way for kids aged 9 to 16 to express their creativity during the school holidays. These fun and relaxing classes are designed to inspire and encourage young artists to explore their imagination and create beautiful works of art. We are sure your young artist will have a great time and be proud of their creations.

Each student will have their own easel to work on, including canvases and a personal kit of art materials.

Throughout the class, we discover the world of art through a variety of themes: landscape, portraiture, abstract, still life, figurative art and more. The students will explore a wide variety of art mediums such as: acrylic painting on canvas, drawing and shading with pencils, charcoal, coloured ink, water colours, pastels, mixed media and more…

Students will be encouraged to develop creative thinking and their own visual style. 

 

Classes are kept to a maximum of 4 students to ensure a high level of teaching and instruction.

 

Renee has an extensive teaching background in the creative arts and holds her Senior First Aid certificate and Blue card. Each class is designed to build confidence, skills, imagination and creative thinking. 

 

Cost: $55 per class. All art materials are included.

Please wear casual clothing and shoes as paint can stain clothes. Aprons provided. 

 

Covid Safe Plan: If you are sick or you have been in contact with someone who is unwell please don't attend. Upon entry all students will need to sign in, wash hands and practise safe social distancing.
